Cadets traveling to Miami can now take advantage of Wayman’s student housing. There are a variety of options in the area. Most units have 2 or 3 bedrooms. They are fully furnished. Enjoy the comforts of home with a full kitchen, bathrooms, & wifi internet. Many units have a pool and other amenities

Most of the apartments are located within 4 miles of the flight-line and have public bus routes nearby. Transportation is not included, but many students elect to use bicycles and scooters.

• Fully furnished
• Full Kitchen
• Flat Screen TV.
• High Speed Wi-Fi Internet.
• Laundry rooms nearby or in the unit.
• All Utilities included; Electricity, water, sewer. No extra bills.
• Shopping centers, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, and movie theaters are all located within a short distance from the apartments.
• Students must furnish their own cooking and eating utensils and towels.
