I. Student Requirements

  • Minimum age 18 years old
  • Graduate from senior high school / equivalent degree (any major)
  • Maximum glasses scale minus 3
  • Minimum height 165 cm
  • Minimum TOEIC score 650 / TOEFL 550
  • Pass the ICAO & FAA 2nd class medical examination
  • Pass the aptitude test in flight simulator

II. Required Documents

  • Identity card
  • Family information card
  • 4 sheets of recent photographs (3x4 cm) taken against plain red background wearing formal shirt and the softcopy (in CD)
  • 4 sheets of recent photographs (5x5 cm) taken against plain white background wearing formal shirt and the softcopy (in CD)
  • Valid passport (2 years minimum)
  • Bank Reference as official verification of financial ability to meet educational expenses. Verification must include sources of funds and amounts in U.S. dollars or rupiah.
  • FAA and or ICAO Medical examination certificate, valid minimum for 1 year (if already have)
  • TOEIC certificate released by ITC (International Test Center) valid minimum for 2 years (if already have)
